FedEx said they came to my house to deliver the package and I was not here. They did not leave a ticket on my door. So the driver never came to my house. I don't live in a bullet ridden neighborhood so there was not a reason for that. Terrible service. I have never had that problem from UPS.
The alternator did not have a pulley on it. I didn't really expect that, and the old one was hard to get off. It would help if you let people know they aren't getting the whole part.
The alternator works fine and it was a good price.

5 STAR MERCHANT! Recommend to everybody. Extremely quick, relieable, honest, and accurate. Item was delivered 2 days sooner than they told me in perfect condition. Additionally, they were the least expensive for the item. I do not know how they do it but they did it.
