Overall, quick and easy to place an order, though there was a small hiccup with the shipping estimation.

A little difficult to navigate while getting to the correct part. One really has to know what they're looking for. An add'l pop-up box asking if you are sure this is the correct part for your make and model would be great. Another pop-up to suggest complete assemblies vs parts of the assembly would also be helpful.
