Autoplicity had the item I wanted at a cheaper price than anybody online or in stores. They didn't have the item in stock, but they were very informative as to the status of my item. They have shown unheard of customer service via email since the inception of my order. I will definitely do business with them again.

I finally reached a representative by phone after 4 attempt of being on hold for 3-4 minutes at a time only to be disconnected every time. I finally quit using option one to using option 4 to try to get through only to be told to call back in about 30 minutes when their sales representative was done with lunch. Once again I called back hours later to be disconnected again. I finally was able to get a sales representative on the phone who promptly grunted "SALES!" Really???
