I called and received confirmation that I was ordering two ACDelco 12 volt automotive batteries. What arrived was two fan belts. Customer Service was good about sending me a return label. However, it was an inconvenience given the fact that I actually called to confirm that I would receive what I wanted, and Autoplicity gave me that incorrect confirmation.
