Fairly easy process to navigate through the sight and estimate shipping charges(which seem a bit high). Will be able to judge complete satisfaction based upon transit time/receipt of product.

Being able to use Amazon as a payment is convenient. It is also helpful that you show the item is in stock.

search engine does not filter well. Was looking for a 45Degree heater hose connector and had pages of stuff with almost nothing in 45 degrees. No need for fallow up I was very pleased with what I did order. Had found the other part elsewhere prior to checking your site so I am not going to wait.
