Website is pretty easy to navigate. Product looks like an improvement over the OEM. Looking forward to trying it out!

I confirmed and reconfirmed I was ordering the correct part. Your website said I was. When I received the part, for a relative, then drove 1.5 hours to their home to put it on I found the part to be the incorrect specification. I brought the part back home with me, have to spend the time to exchange it, wait for the new part, then drive 1.5 hours away from home a second time to install the new part. Very time consuming and costly to me. I don't know that I will order other parts in the future. Mostly not.

Overall experience was good, please mind how you pack and ship your items. The box came very torn and dilapidated. Fortunately everything was still in the box.
