Product reviews for Dana Spicer 211773X

I Received the jack with a bent frame and unusable. The right side side plate at the rear caster  was bent such that I can't pump the jack. The box packaging looked ok until I took the jack out of the box and tried to operate the jack.
I called Brunnhoelzl Racing and spoke with Mr. Brunnhoelzl and he told me to return the jack due to freight damage.  I called this morning to your Customer service department and spoke with Elzert who told me to take some pictures and email them to [email protected] as I have. The jack cost me $914.17 and I can't it.

Which would be my second strut I had to buy the store I'm hoping to get a discount or something for buying two of them wish I could have bought two hundred first place but I didn't know I needed the other side

It was fine. I would however like more detail on these parts. I looked into this gas cap with a lock that was under my search criteria but the description of the part was enough to determine if this will fit as it should. Pretty much going on a wim and making an assumption based on what I could see and it being under what I searched.

Easy to find the tools I need.

I received my order which was not correct, unknown if that was my fault or yours but I had a hard time understanding what it was that was required of me to get my refund, I just sent the item back and put on there return, hopefully I will get a refund, as the package the item was in was never opened, I have againg ordered the part I need , hopefully this will be the right one.
