Parts I need to fix an OEM failure. Shipping took longer than expected, but the parts are here, and I just have to get a day to install them.

Call customer service back the next day the rep told me she was going to call the warehouse and call me back in 30 minutes on my cell phone. Still waiting on the call. Package finally arrived.
