Product arrived damaged. I packed it back up and called customer service. I was informed that I would need to take it back out of the box, take pictures of the damage, and submit a claim. I was told that I *may* be elligible for a refund or replacement after my claim was reviewed. Poor customer service, in my opinion. This was a birthday gift that I now cannot give.
