I'm very frustrated with this company. To begin it all. There shipping advertising is a lie, if it says two day shipping expect you package in a week and a half. I ordered my part Oct. 3rd it was shipped from there Warehouse until Oct. 9th. It was on a Wednesday I order the part. So that ad saying it was two day shipping and depending on who they ship through I should see it on Saturday or Monday. Well the ship through FedEx who delivers on Saturdays. So hoping I can fix my 70yr old customers car within a few days get the part ordered and pull the other one out and wait till Oct. 12th and the part finally shows up. I emailed them twice trying to find out about why it hadn't shipped out got the automatic message back saying I'd get an email back in 24hrs of both emails. Never got one back. So I called then the following Monday to find out what's going on with the part because I've gotten no update no shipping label was created nothing. Get the run around well we are trying to course the part cause we can't find it. Well if you have to source the part or can't find yours it shouldn't be available for purchase or say online that it's in stock. Esspecially if your Warehouse workers can't find it in a two day period (was actually 3 days as the warehouse it ened up shipping from is open on Saturdays as well). Was told I'd get a call back from that call when they found my parts I had already paid for. Never received a call back and em honestly never going to order from this business again.

Quick and easy, although the website seems to be down right now.  Will call 1-800 and see whats up.
