Really disappointed with the customer service on the phone. The agent was barely audible and quite un-professional, it took 15 minutes just for her to figure out want I wanted to order even though I clearly stated the SKU for her quite a few times. After dealing with her she transferred me to a sales agent who understood exactly what I wanted, why did I even talk to her, she was no help.

The Oil Dipstick I ordered was at least 2 inches too long for my 1987 Buick Century Limited car with a 6 Cylinder engine. I don't know what number the engine it is. Now I need to send it back and pay the postage .
Do you have a shorter Dipstick I could exchange it for? If not I expect a full refund back on my card. The packing slip says "Windy City Auto Supplies inc." I was going to return the dipstick to them. The part number is RB917-368. Do you have any suggestions that would help? Thank you. Sheila Lehman
