I didn't use boatplicity.com for customer assistance, but the "contact us" section. the unit isn't, hasn't nor was it working as designed. air blows, but it isn't even close to warm air.

Smooth transaction . Got it a day later but received it . Paid extra for early delivery which didn't happen
