Convenient to use Amazon account to order and pay. Would have liked more product details on autoplicity site.

It didnt apply my discount code 20offshipping so shipping stayed the same. Plus it double the initial cost from $11.00 to $20 dollars

-The item was shipped to the wrong address when I contacted Autoplicity about this, they did nothing, they said it was not their fault and it was up to me to fix it. Luckily I live in a small town and I know where it was delivered. I contacted the person at the location it was delivered at and I went and picked it up. I will not be buying anything from them in the future. terrible customer service
