I just finished a transaction with this company and decided to write my very first post, based upon my experience with them. To be honest, a few short hours ago I was wary of how this would turn out. There had been a miscommunication with shipping and it started to go down hill. Lo and behold, something happened that is rare today. The company, from top to bottom put all of their efforts together, communicated with me even during a Holiday and rectified the situation. Not only would I recommend Autoplicity to others but implore potential customers to use them confidently. I was hesitant to order from Autoplicity due to the perception that the price was too good to be real (and not some scam). However, I read a few reviews on the internet and decided to take a chance. Once I placed my order I was sent a tracking number and received my car parts within 2 weeks. I was happy that I got the parts I ordered and the price was really low. Simple and quick.
