Your phone line is not staffed 24 hours. Repeat business happens because customers get a good initial experience. I, like many first time customers, am skeptical about online ordering. You should consider using an online chat option. This is a great way to instill confidence from customers.

Unbeleively fast shipping. I ordered on a Tuesday night, and it was delivered to my door by Thursday. Plus, the item was the cheapest with shipping on the web! I will most certainly be doing business with them again!
