I bought shocks for my Silverado. Very little product info given, I had to search part numbers on other websites to verify what shocks were for the front and what ones were for the rear. Also I would very much like to be able to ship to a different address (my wife's workplace), which I was unable to do during checkout. But your prices are the lowest.

You sent me an email offering me 30% off shipping but there was never a place in the ordering process to place your "30offshipping" coupon code. If this is not addressed I will never order from you again.

I ordered windshield washer nozzles. I was expecting to get the pair of nozzles and only received one. The one I received will not fit my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500. I am waiting for a return label so I can get a refund. I sent a message to customer service and got this survey instead of service. I went to Autozone and picked up a pair of nozzles that fit for $9.99 so I don't need the one I was sent form your company.
