Shipping price is very high, and I'm not sure how quickly I will receive the product ordered?

had a little mishap with shipping. Placed an order on Friday and website never updated to show me that my item was actually shipped until the next Friday morning. Didn't get any actually shipping information until after the 3rd time I had contacted customer service/support. Lack of communication with their customers need improvement!
