-The item was shipped to the wrong address when I contacted Autoplicity about this, they did nothing, they said it was not their fault and it was up to me to fix it. Luckily I live in a small town and I know where it was delivered. I contacted the person at the location it was delivered at and I went and picked it up. I will not be buying anything from them in the future. terrible customer service

Very easy and quick to place order. Didn't get notified or show that order had been sent, even though it been. Order arrived in few days.
