I wish the customer service people are more helpful over the phone.they sound as if they forced to work today.

Great price. Easy to navigate site.
Not Autoplicity's fault but the part I received is inferior to the original part. It works ok but if doesn't feel as solid as the original. The difference in quality is reflected in the price and I saved quite a bit going with a less expensive alternative.
