Easy so far, reserve comments on product until received. Received casters, decent quality. Shipping was a bit slow due to being shipped directly from manufacture, but tolerable. Overall I was satisfied with Autoplicitys communication, and my shopping experience.

Prices are great on this site. The layout and checkout process are easy to use; Google checkout is definitely a plus. Shipping could be a little faster, especially if they had drop ships from their supplies for items not currently in stock. Overall good service and no problems.
