Found what I needed at a fair price. There was never an email confirming that my purchase was shipped so I had no way to track it or any idea when it would arrive. After I received my order I received an email stating that my purchase had been shipped but the information of when this took place was not included. Product was great, got it within a week, but communication to purchaser is lacking.

The ordering process was easy and the price of the product was fair. I was; however, disappointed with one thing. I received an email from Autoplicity for 25% off shipping but it would not work when I was checking out. I called the customer service number and the gentleman was not helpful at all.

Ordered a exhaust and a pressure sensor for my 6.0 diesel. Excellent customer service. Fast shipping, cheapest price on the internet. I will buy from autoplicity again. Thanks!

Joe
