Shorted my order and bad communication
I ordered 4 of the same item, and they only shipped 3. Poor communication: Tracking does not work in their order communication. They never notified me that they cancelled one item. They did not notify me that they refunded the money for one item. They were only cheaper, considering the shipping cost, if I purchased all 4 items. Three calls to customer service to people who do not care. I won't make this mistake again.

I ordered a headlight mount for a 2004 Cayenne. The mount looked similar to my old mount in your picture , but when I received the mount it has is the latest version of the part which has upgraded mounts. I now need to order the upgraded mounting hardware. One of your competitors has the breakdown of this assembly on their website so you know that you need the additional hardware when you purchase the parts.

This is honestly the lowest price I could find for a Fidanza flywheel for a 2ZZ-GE engine. We'll see how everything turns out after I receive and get it installed.

You can tell customer service is important to this company. Not only were the prices lower than other places but they communicate the status of the order and shipping very well. They obviously care what people think. I was suspicious of all the positive comments but decide to try them anyways. Very happy I did and definitely plan on buying from them again.
