Triple X Race Components CH-7297CF Carbon Fiber Heel Riser 1 Inch

Part was only available at Autoplicity, shipping was super quick will do business with them again.

Great Prices and fast shipping rates. The fuel gauge/sending unit doesn't work correctly.

I was very impressed by Autoplicity's customer service and excellent pricing on brand name products. Also, they provided lightning fast shipping even as the holiday weekend approached.
As much as I want to see everyone in this world to "live long and prosper," I was especially pleased to deal with a company that did not export their customer service to another country.
I look forward to doing business again with Autoplicity.

First purchase with your company

Order for Borla exhaust filled quickly, correctly and shipped safely. Previously I had to cancel an order for the same item at a competitor who gave nothing but excuses for non-shipment of item. And at a higher price! Autoplicity had best price, service, and followthru on purchase. Will be a returning customer without a doubt.

Easy and straight forward

Very nice transaction! Great doing business with you.

Good prices and easy ordering process (order #18003). The only issue that I had was after placing the order, completing the entire process, I received three emails stating that "We noticed that you started checking out on our site, but didn't quite finish the process". After calling customer service, they ensured me that the order was complete. Since then, I receive the same email(3 emails at a time) on a daily basis. Just a little annoying, but easy enough to delete.

The order process was fast and easy. I was able to determine the part I wanted with the help of their sales department. I purchased my H&R lowering springs for less then I could find anywhere else and I also got a great deal on my EBC Green Stuff brake pads. The following day however i noticed a descrepency in my shipping address in the confirmation e-mail they sent me. After being dicsconnected multiple times and at least 6 seperate attempts to reach the shipping department i was finally connected and assured that the information that they had was correct. It did seem like a waste of 45 minutes but at least I know that the parts are going to be delivered to the correct address.
