J-Flex Adjustable Control Arms

The J-Flex line is JKS's classic adjustable arm solution, designed for Jeep Wrangler TJ, LJ, and Grand Cherokee ZJ platforms. These arms are CNC-bent from stout DOM tubing, allowing for a fully adjustable design that lets you fine-tune suspension geometry after a lift is installed. The forged adjustable flex ends are fully rebuildable and greaseable, extending the service life of the arm well beyond typical replacement cycles. J-Flex arms are engineered for 0–4" of rear lift using factory control arm mounting points, making them a natural upgrade for moderate lift applications.

J-Link Adjustable Control Arms

The J-Link series represents JKS's most refined control arm technology, combining the strength and adjustability of the J-Flex platform with factory-style maintenance-free rubber bushings pre-installed at both ends. These bushings are engineered specifically to reduce NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) characteristics while maintaining excellent articulation. J-Link arms are available for a wide range of platforms including the Wrangler JK, JL, and Gladiator JT, covering both front upper and rear upper positions. By allowing precise adjustment of caster and pinion angles, J-Link arms help restore proper suspension geometry on lifted builds and protect drivetrain components from premature wear.

Construction and Coverage

Across both product lines, JKS control arms are built from heavy-duty DOM steel tubing and finished with a durable powder coat for long-lasting corrosion resistance. Most applications are designed as direct bolt-on installations using factory mounting points — no cutting or welding required. JKS also offers Front Control Arm Correction Brackets for Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT owners running 2"–4.5" lift kits, which improve control arm operating angles to closely mirror or improve upon factory arm geometry.
