Product Details

The Universal Air Conditioner EX7011FC is a precision-engineered expansion valve designed to regulate refrigerant flow in automotive air conditioning systems. This critical component controls the amount of refrigerant released into the evaporator, ensuring optimal cooling performance and system efficiency.

Key Features:

  • Direct-fit replacement for OEM expansion valves
  • Precision-calibrated valve controls refrigerant metering for consistent cooling
  • Durable construction designed to withstand automotive temperature and pressure variations
  • Helps maintain proper system pressures and prevents compressor damage
  • Quality-tested to meet or exceed OEM specifications

The expansion valve is a vital component in any A/C system, converting high-pressure liquid refrigerant into a low-pressure mist that absorbs heat in the evaporator core. A failing expansion valve can cause inadequate cooling, frost buildup on A/C lines, or inconsistent cabin temperatures. This UAC replacement valve restores proper refrigerant flow and system balance for reliable air conditioning performance.
