TRW Automotive JBJ922 Front Lower Suspension Ball Joint

The TRW JBJ922 is a premium suspension ball joint replacement part manufactured to Original Equipment quality standards. Every TRW part undergoes four levels of testing, technical review, and audit before approval, including rigorous endurance testing of 500,000 cycles.

Sealed for Life Design:

This 'Sealed for Life' ball joint protects against harmful elements and is completely maintenance-free, promoting proper product lifespan. TRW uses the highest quality grease during manufacturing of their sealed joints, offering optimal performance for the life of the component.

Premium Construction Features:

• Outer housing manufactured using forged or cold-formed steel for additional strength and reliability under the harshest conditions
• Highly polished full ball metal stud encapsulated within a high-strength polymer bearing for smooth articulation
• High-strength, resilient, low-friction glass fiber reinforced polymer bearing (unlike competitors who use metal)
• Long-lasting dust covers made from the highest quality rubber to stop dust and water from entering the ball joint
• Ball pin is either stainless steel or geo-met coated for corrosion-free performance

Performance Benefits:

The low-friction design allows for free range of motion and provides smooth steering and suspension, restoring the vehicle to original operational performance. This design facilitates low friction, less heat, and longer wear.
