TRW Automotive JBJ912 Front Lower Suspension Ball Joint

The TRW Automotive JBJ912 is a premium front lower suspension ball joint engineered to original equipment quality standards. This sealed-for-life ball joint is designed to restore steering and suspension systems to their original operating performance with maintenance-free reliability.

Advanced Design Features:

• Forged or cold-formed steel outer housing for maximum strength and durability under harsh conditions
• Highly polished full ball metal stud encapsulated in a high-strength polymer bearing for smooth articulation
• Low-friction glass fiber reinforced polymer bearing that enhances damping and provides smooth movement
• Corrosion-resistant ball pin with stainless steel or geo-met coating for long-lasting performance
• High-quality rubber dust boots that seal out water, road salt, and contaminants
• Factory-sealed design eliminates the need for routine greasing and prevents contamination

Quality Assurance:

Every TRW ball joint undergoes four levels of testing, technical review, and audit before approval, including rigorous endurance testing of 500,000 cycles. This ensures each component meets stringent vehicle manufacturer quality standards and delivers reliable performance throughout its service life.

The low-friction design minimizes heat generation and wear while providing free range of motion for smooth steering response. TRW's sealed-for-life construction protects internal components from harmful elements, promoting optimal product lifespan without the maintenance requirements of traditional greaseable joints.
