The MSD 8558 is a purpose-built distributor designed for tall block Chevrolet V8 engines running an MSD Crank Trigger ignition system. Engineered for high-performance and racing applications, this distributor eliminates mechanical timing advance mechanisms, allowing the MSD Ignition Control to manage all timing functions with precision.
