Product Details

The MAHLE S42191.020 is a precision-engineered engine piston ring set designed to restore proper compression, oil control, and sealing in worn or rebuilt engines. Manufactured to OEM-grade tolerances, this ring set is sized at +0.020" oversize, making it an ideal choice for engine rebuilds where the cylinders have been bored or honed to the first standard oversize.

MAHLE Original is a globally recognized supplier of engine components to major OEM manufacturers, and their aftermarket piston ring sets reflect the same rigorous standards. These rings are engineered for consistent ring gap, proper tension, and long-lasting seal integrity across a wide range of operating conditions.

Key Features:

 • Oversize Designation: +0.020" (+0.50mm) oversize for use with bored/honed cylinders
 • OEM-Quality Construction: Manufactured to original equipment specifications for reliable fit and performance
 • Full Ring Set: Includes compression rings and oil control rings for a complete cylinder rebuild
 • Proper Ring Tension: Engineered for optimal cylinder sealing and reduced oil consumption
 • Durable Materials: High-quality cast iron and/or steel construction with appropriate surface coatings for wear resistance
 • Restores Engine Performance: Helps recover compression, reduce blow-by, and minimize oil burning in worn engines

They had the lowest price on the web and carried the part I needed. They used amazon. Heck out so it was super easy to place the order and the part shipped right away. Will definitely order from again.

Great Prices, and based on the reviews I hope the shipping is as fast as everyone says.

Good price, communication good but not great. Shipped promptly.

The price as well as the turn time for receiving my product was great. I placed an order late Sunday evening and I have received my order by Wednesday of that week. I still can't get over how great the price was for the bike rack I ordered compared to all of the other sites out there.

Very competive prices, even with shipping costs. Looking forward to using Autoplicity again in the near future.

Great

I'm a first time customer. So far so good. If I should get these two chairs this week i'll be ecstatic!!!!!

I've thought about this...Better communication would be a plus. However, the shipping is quick and I did get an email telling me my product was shipped. I purchased window visors for my '07 Silverado. I will do business with Autoplicity again.

Paypal payment was a little awkward but it looks like it worked

Ease to pay with Amazon was great.

So I have an old car. It's and 83, seven years older than me. I'm also a student so I don't have much money and need to make as many repairs myself to save money. I go out to the local pep boys and auto zone to to try to find a repair manual that is for my old model but it's not available. I check online and there are very few copies on line. Autoplicity had the right manual at the lowest price by a good margin.

TLDR; Autoplicity has EVERYTHING and at a cheaper price

The kit I needed was available at the best price on Autoplicity. I asked a question by live chat. It was a slow response, but once my question was forwarded to the appropriate source, the response was quick, helpful and professional.

Wonderful experience with seller. Ordered on a Monday night and received on Thursday. Talking about service. Man these guys are awesome. I will be ordering more in the future with Autoplicity. Thanks again!
