Product Details

The FlowTech Exhaust 12120FLT Tri-Y Headers deliver enhanced exhaust flow and improved engine performance through advanced header design. These performance headers feature a tri-y configuration that optimizes exhaust scavenging and improves throttle response across a broad RPM range.

Key Features:

1-1/2" diameter primary tubes and 1-3/4" diameter secondary tubes maximize exhaust flow and performance
2-1/2" collector outlet provides optimal strength and exhaust flow capacity
Heavy-duty 16-gauge steel tubing construction for superior strength and durability
Mandrel-bent tubes maintain consistent diameter throughout for smooth flow and improved cylinder scavenging
3/8" thick header flange ensures leak-free seal and maximum mounting strength
Premium aluminum header gaskets included for proper installation
Available in high-heat resistant black paint or polished finish options

FlowTech's tri-y header design combines pairs of primary tubes before joining into the collector, creating optimized exhaust pulses that enhance engine breathing and increase horsepower. The precision mandrel-bent construction eliminates flow restrictions while the thick flanges and quality gaskets ensure a proper seal against exhaust leaks.
