Product Details

The Dorman 604-923 is a vacuum-style air door actuator designed to control airflow direction in your vehicle's HVAC system. This actuator regulates the position of air inlet doors, directing fresh or recirculated air through the climate control system for optimal cabin comfort.

Key Features:

  • Vacuum-operated design for reliable air door control
  • Direct replacement for failed or malfunctioning original actuators
  • Controls air inlet door position for fresh air or recirculation modes
  • Restores proper HVAC system operation and airflow control
  • Rigorous quality testing to ensure dependable performance

When your HVAC system fails to switch between fresh air and recirculation modes, a faulty air door actuator is often the cause. This Dorman replacement part offers a cost-effective solution to restore full climate control functionality without the expense of dealership pricing.
