Duraflex 109975 1989-1994 Nissan 240SX S13 Duraflex Supercool Front Bumper Cover - 1 Piece

The Duraflex 109975 Supercool Style Front Bumper Cover is a 1-piece aftermarket front bumper cover engineered by Extreme Dimensions under their Duraflex FRP aerodynamics line. Constructed from Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics (FRP) — a proprietary blend of fiberglass, flexible plastic resin, and flex resins — this bumper delivers a more durable alternative to traditional fiberglass while maintaining a lightweight profile.

Key Features:

• Material: FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics) — combines fiberglass with flexible resins for increased impact resistance
• Hand-laid construction using high-quality 6 oz. fiberglass for consistent build quality
• Reduced damage rate of up to 75% compared to conventional fiberglass body panels
• Black gel-coat/primer finish — ships raw and unpainted, ready for custom paint or vinyl wrap
• High-quality mesh grille integrated into the bumper design
• Aggressive Supercool styling for a customized, sport-tuned front-end appearance
• 1-Piece design for straightforward fitment
• Part of the complete Duraflex Supercool body kit system (pairs with Side Skirts 109976 and Rear Bumper Cover 109977)

Installation Notes:

• Installation difficulty rated Medium — professional installation by an experienced aftermarket aerodynamic shop is strongly recommended
• All fiberglass parts require prep work including sanding, bodywork, and finishing prior to paint
• Dry fitting and drilling of mounting holes is required before painting
• Modification of OEM components such as brackets, impact absorbers, or fog lights may be necessary
• Installation hardware is not included — additional OEM and custom hardware (screws, bolts, brackets) will be required

The Duraflex Supercool Front Bumper Cover is sold for show and off-road use. It is not a replacement for OEM collision-repair parts and is intended for customers looking to upgrade or customize their vehicle's exterior aesthetics.
