Product Details

The Duraflex 107226 AM-S Style Wide Body Rear Bumper Cover is a one-piece fiberglass composite rear bumper designed to replace your OEM bumper cover with an aggressive, wide-body aesthetic. Built from Duraflex's proprietary FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) blend — a combination of fiberglass, plastic, and flex resins — this bumper delivers a bold custom look with improved durability over traditional fiberglass components.

Key Features:

  • AM-S wide body styling — aggressive rear end design engineered for a show or custom build appearance
  • Duraflex FRP construction — proprietary blend of fiberglass, plastic, and flex resins for greater flexibility and impact resistance than standard fiberglass
  • Reduced shipping damage — Duraflex technology results in up to 75% fewer shipping-related damages compared to conventional fiberglass parts
  • Black protective primer coating — arrives with a base black finish, ready for body shop prep and paint
  • Sold as 1 piece — complete rear bumper cover in a single unit
  • Unpainted — must be prepped, primed, and painted to match your vehicle

Important Installation Notes:

  • Must be used in conjunction with a complete wide body kit — not a standalone replacement for a stock-width build
  • This is not a direct bolt-on part; installation will require sanding, trimming, shaping, and body filler work
  • Some factory components such as impact absorbers or reinforcement bars may need to be removed or repositioned during fitment
  • Professional installation by a body shop experienced with aftermarket fiberglass and custom aero work is strongly recommended
  • Intended for show and off-road use; not all configurations may be approved for street or highway use under DOT regulations

The Duraflex 107226 is an excellent choice for enthusiasts looking to complete a wide body build with an aggressive rear profile, offering the premium look of a custom aero component at a fraction of the cost of polyurethane alternatives.
