Duraflex 104635 Morello Edition Style Fiberglass Front Fenders - 2 Piece

Manufactured by Extreme Dimensions under the Duraflex brand, these fenders are crafted from a proprietary blend of fiberglass, plastic, and flex resins that delivers greater durability compared to standard fiberglass components.

Key Features:

• Material: High-quality hand-laid 6 oz. FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics) construction
• Duraflex Technology: Combines fiberglass, plastic, and flex resins for enhanced impact resistance and reduced shipping damage versus traditional fiberglass
• Sold as a 2-piece set — includes both driver and passenger side fenders
• Unpainted / Raw Finish: Arrives in a rough black finish ready for bodywork, priming, and custom painting to match your vehicle's color
• Morello Edition Styling: Sport-influenced fender design that complements the W203 C Class body line
• Installation Difficulty: Medium — professional installation by an experienced aftermarket aerodynamics shop is strongly recommended

Important Installation Notes:

• All fiberglass parts require prep work — sanding, body filling, and priming — before they are ready for paint
• Dry-fit and drill mounting holes prior to any painting or permanent installation
• Mounting hardware is not included; fasteners must be sourced separately
• Modification of OEM brackets or components may be required for proper fitment
• Never paint parts before verifying fitment

Duraflex fenders are intended for vehicle customization and show use, and are not a direct OEM collision replacement. For enthusiasts looking to upgrade the exterior styling of their Mercedes C Class W203 sedan with a premium yet affordable fiberglass solution, the Duraflex 104635 Morello Edition fenders deliver a bold custom look at a fraction of the cost of polyurethane alternatives.
