Product Details

The Duraflex 104590 Silvia S13 Conversion Type U Kit is a complete 4-piece body kit designed to give the Nissan 240SX (S13) an aggressive Silvia-inspired exterior transformation. This conversion kit bundles three individually sold components into one cohesive styling package, delivering a dramatic front-end and body overhaul in a single purchase.

Kit Includes:

  • S13 Conversion Type U Front Bumper Cover (Part# 104589) — A bold, low-profile front bumper styled after the Japanese-market Nissan Silvia S13 with a distinctive Type U design
  • S13 Conversion M-1 Sport Fenders (Part# 100877) — A pair of flared, sport-styled fenders engineered to complement the conversion front bumper
  • S13 Conversion M-1 Sport Hood (Part# 102203) — A sport hood designed to match the aggressive aesthetic of the M-1 Sport fenders

Duraflex Material & Construction:

  • Constructed from Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) — a proprietary blend of fiberglass, plastic, and flex resins
  • Significantly more flexible and impact-resistant than traditional fiberglass, resulting in reduced shipping damage
  • Hand-laid using high-quality 6 oz. fiberglass for consistent panel thickness
  • Ships with a black gel-coat/primer finish — ready for bodywork and paint preparation
  • Silver diamond mesh screen/grille included for main vent openings (where applicable)

Installation Notes:

  • Professional installation by an experienced custom body shop is strongly recommended
  • Modification and extensive prep work will be required prior to painting
  • All parts must be dry-fitted and mounting holes drilled before paint — never paint before verifying fitment
  • Mounting hardware (screws, bolts, brackets) is not included and must be sourced separately
  • These are aftermarket styling components, not OEM replacements

The Duraflex 104590 kit delivers a complete front-end Silvia S13 conversion look for 240SX enthusiasts seeking a show-quality exterior upgrade with the durability advantages of Duraflex FRP technology.
