Duraflex 103526 1989-1995 BMW 5 Series E34 Duraflex M Power Front Bumper Cover - 1 Piece

The Duraflex 103526 M Power Style Front Bumper Cover is an aggressive, sport-inspired replacement front bumper cover crafted from FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics) — a proprietary blend of fiberglass and flexible plastic resin that delivers improved durability over traditional fiberglass while keeping weight to a minimum.

Sold as a complete 1-piece unit, this bumper cover features the bold M Power styling profile with an aerodynamic design that enhances the front fascia with a more aggressive, track-inspired appearance. The flexible composite construction reduces the risk of cracking and chipping compared to standard fiberglass, making it a popular choice for automotive enthusiasts seeking a custom look at an accessible price point.

Key Features:

• Material: FRP — fiberglass mixed with flexible plastic resin for improved impact resistance
• Style: M Power design with aggressive, aerodynamic front fascia profile
• Finish: Arrives unpainted with a black gel-coat/primer surface, ready for prep and custom paint
• Quantity: 1-piece bumper cover
• Construction: Hand-laid, high-quality 6 oz. fiberglass composite
• Designed to work with factory mounting points
• Lightweight construction minimizes added vehicle weight

Installation Notes:

• Professional installation by an experienced body shop is strongly recommended
• All fiberglass parts require prep work — including sanding, test-fitting, and bodywork — before priming and painting
• Always perform a dry fit and verify fitment before painting; warranty claims are not valid on painted parts
• Mounting hardware is not included; OEM or custom fasteners will need to be sourced separately
• Minor surface imperfections such as waves, pinholes, or uneven edges are normal characteristics of hand-finished fiberglass and are part of the standard prep process
• Some installations may require removal or repositioning of factory components such as impact absorbers, reinforcement bars, or fog lights

The Duraflex 103526 M Power Front Bumper Cover is intended for customization and appearance upgrades — it is not an OEM replacement part. For best results, have this piece installed and finished by a body shop with fiberglass and custom fabrication experience.
