Rein 11-61-7-504-536 Crankcase Vent Return Pipe

The Rein 11-61-7-504-536 is a crankcase vent return pipe designed as a direct replacement for BMW vehicles equipped with M52 and M54 engines. This critical component serves as the connecting hose from the crankcase ventilation valve to the intake manifold, maintaining proper positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) system operation.

Key Features:

• OEM equivalent quality replacement part for BMW part number 11617504536
• Serves as the secondary vent hose routing from the CCV valve to the top of the intake manifold
• Constructed from durable materials resistant to fuel vapors, oil exposure, and high engine temperatures
• Direct-fit design ensures proper installation without modifications
• Essential component for maintaining engine efficiency and reducing harmful emissions

A properly functioning crankcase ventilation system prevents pressure buildup in the engine crankcase and recirculates combustion gases back into the intake system for re-combustion. When this pipe fails or becomes brittle, it can cause rough idle, reduced fuel efficiency, and increased emissions. The Rein brand offers reliable OEM-quality replacement parts manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment specifications.

Replacement Notes: This pipe is commonly replaced as part of a complete CCV system service along with the crankcase vent valve and associated hoses. Cross-reference BMW part numbers: 11617504536, 11-61-7-504-536, 11.61.7.504.536.
