OTC Tools 2423 Pistol Style Safety Blow Gun with 4.5" Stainless Steel Vented Nozzle

The OTC Tools 2423 is a professional-grade safety blow gun engineered to meet OSHA standards while delivering powerful, controlled air delivery for workshop cleaning and drying applications. Featuring a 4.5-inch stainless steel vented nozzle and variable speed trigger, this pistol-style air gun provides precise control over air output while maintaining critical safety features.

OSHA-Compliant Safety Features:

• Vented tip design prevents pressure from exceeding 30 PSI when nozzle becomes blocked at 90 PSI inlet pressure, conforming to OSHA Standard 1910.13.1
• Noise level remains below 80 dB at 100 PSI inlet pressure, conforming to OSHA Standard 1910-95(b)—quieter than an electric drill
• Brass threaded air inlet resists thread shearing with repeated connections

Durable Construction:

• Corrosion-resistant stainless steel 4.5-inch nozzle with bent design for hard-to-reach areas
• Impact-resistant nylon body construction withstands drops and weather exposure
• Variable speed trigger allows full control of air dispensing
• Ergonomic pistol grip design reduces operator fatigue during extended use

Technical Specifications:

• Operating pressure range: 50 PSI to 235 PSI
• Operating temperature range: 14°F to 158°F (-10°C to 70°C)
• Air consumption: 15.18 CFM at 100 PSI
• Maximum safe tip pressure: 30 PSI when inlet is 90 PSI

The OTC 2423 combines user safety, ergonomic design, and durable construction to deliver a blow gun that meets professional workshop demands while protecting operators from excessive pressure and noise exposure.
