Ultimax 138-4548U4 PRO Snowmobile Drive Belt 46-9/16" x 1-7/16"

The Ultimax PRO 138-4548U4 by Timken is a high-performance snowmobile drive belt engineered for modern mid-power snowmobiles. This fifth-generation belt features advanced design elements that deliver superior acceleration, cooler operation, and extended service life across all riding conditions—from trail riding to deep powder to aggressive ditch-banging.

Advanced Design Features:

• Thicker Cross Section: Increased surface area contacting the clutch reduces slippage over a broader speed range for quicker acceleration
• Dual Cog Design: Top and bottom cogs provide enhanced heat dissipation, improved flexibility, and greater cord support for maximum power transfer
• Fiber-Loaded Rubber Compound: Specially formulated to grip clutches aggressively and maintain that grip throughout the belt's lifespan
• Aramid Cord Construction: High-strength aramid cords deliver zero stretch and maximum tensile strength for consistent performance
• Precision Manufacturing: Modern production processes reduce dimensional variation, ensuring every belt performs consistently with tighter tolerances than OE belts

Specifications:

• Outside Circumference: 46-9/16"
• Top Width: 1-7/16"
• OE-matched dimensions for proper shifting performance

Built with high-strength materials and modern manufacturing methods that eliminate failure points, the Ultimax PRO belt is designed to handle every riding style with confidence. Proudly made in the USA and backed by a one-year warranty.
