Ferrea F1045P-1 Competition Plus Hollow Stem Exhaust Valve - 1.600 LS1

The Ferrea F1045P-1 is a Competition Plus hollow stem exhaust valve designed for Chevrolet Small Block LS1 engines, featuring a 1.600" head diameter, .313" (8mm) stem diameter, 5.015" overall length, and .160" tip length with 24-degree tulip Super Flo design and radial groove. This high-performance valve is manufactured from Ferrea's proprietary Super Alloy material and engineered specifically for high RPM racing applications.

Advanced Hollow Stem Technology:

• Proprietary manufacturing process that gun drills and micro polishes the bore of the valve stem, ensuring greater structural integrity than any hollow valve on the market today
• Achieves approximately 20% weight reduction compared to conventional stainless steel solid stem valves
• Capable of withstanding higher spring pressures and higher RPMs
• Valve stems feature 10-micron chrome plating for enhanced durability

Performance Benefits:

• Allows engines to spin an additional 300-400 rpm beyond standard Competition Plus valves, resulting in increased available horsepower
• Micro-polished valve face with swirl polished backside for optimal flow characteristics
• 24-degree tulip Super Flo design maximizes exhaust flow efficiency
• Radial groove for secure keeper retention

These valves are engineered for high horsepower applications and are ideal for naturally aspirated and mild power adder builds. Note: These hollow stem valves are not recommended for high boost applications; solid stem valves are preferred in those instances. Sold individually.
