EBC DP33033C Redstuff Ceramic Low Dust Brake Pad Set for Fast Street Use

The EBC Redstuff DP33033C is a low dust ceramic brake pad set designed for fast street driving. The compound is synthetic fiber based and enhanced with ceramic particles. It is built for drivers who want strong braking from cold and repeated heavy braking without a lot of wheel dust.

Key Features:

• Low dust: EBC states dust is reduced by 60-90 percent, and the small amount left is easy to remove with a sponge wash because the compound contains no steel fibre particles
• Strong cold braking: EBC says the pads brake as well as original pads or better from cold, and improve as they heat up
• Ceramic-enhanced synthetic fiber compound: EBC states it lasts longer, brakes better and is quieter than the earlier pre-ceramic Redstuff
• EBC Brake-In surface coating: conditions the rotor surface and speeds up pad bed-in
• Nominal friction coefficient of 0.5
• Less dust than semi-metallic pads
• Brake safety approval: EBC states that most of its Red Ceramic pads are approved to ECE R90

Bed-in note: This is a hard wearing pad, and bed-in can take as long as 1000 miles. Allow the pad time to take up the shape of the disc (brake rotor).

A good choice for passenger cars, sedans, sport compacts and hot hatches that need a fast road pad with low dust.
