EBC DP31804C Redstuff Ceramic Low Dust Brake Pads

The EBC DP31804C Redstuff brake pads are engineered for drivers who demand exceptional stopping power without the mess of traditional performance pads. These ceramic-enhanced pads reduce brake dust by 60-90% compared to standard pads, and what little dust remains contains no steel fiber particles, making it easy to clean with just a soapy sponge.

Key Features:

• Synthetic fiber-based compound enhanced with ceramic particles for superior performance
• Exceptional cold bite—performs as well or better than OEM pads right from the start
• Low dust formula reduces wheel contamination by up to 90%
• EBC Brake-In surface coating conditions rotors and accelerates bedding process
• Proven to stop vehicles 13 meters shorter than OEM pads from 100 mph
• Nominal friction coefficient of 0.5 for consistent, powerful braking
• Quieter operation than semi-metallic alternatives
• Most applications are ECE R90 approved for brake safety

Performance Notes:

The Redstuff compound is specifically designed for fast street driving with repeated heavy braking. Due to the hard-wearing nature of the ceramic material, these pads require a proper bedding period of up to 1,000 miles to conform to your brake rotors. Once fully bedded, they deliver outstanding performance that improves as temperatures rise, making them ideal for spirited driving on public roads.

This latest-generation ceramic formula represents a significant advancement over earlier Redstuff compounds, offering longer pad life, improved braking performance, and reduced noise levels.
