Product Details

The Quicksilver F664068 is a genuine OEM 130°F (54°C) replacement thermostat designed for Mercury and Force outboard engines and Mercury SportJet jet drives. As part of the Mercury Marine family, Quicksilver delivers original equipment quality to ensure your engine cooling system operates at its optimal temperature range.

A functioning thermostat is critical to engine health — a sticking or failed thermostat can cause the engine to run too hot or too cold, leading to accelerated wear or performance loss. This direct-fit OEM replacement restores proper thermal regulation quickly and reliably.

Key Features:

  • Temperature rating: 130°F / 54°C
  • Genuine OEM Quicksilver/Mercury Marine part
  • Direct-fit replacement — no modifications required
  • Compatible with Mercury and Force outboard engines (75–150 HP) and Mercury SportJet 90–120 HP jet drives
  • Manufactured in the United States

Cross-Reference Part Numbers:

  • Quicksilver/Mercury: F664068, 859620, 75692
  • Housing Gasket: F476067, 828319
  • Thermostat Seal: F664914
  • Sierra: 18-3553 (183553)

For a complete service job, consider replacing the thermostat housing gasket (F476067 / 828319) and thermostat seal (F664914) at the same time to ensure a leak-free installation.
