Product Details

The KYB SM5749 spring seat with insulator is an OE-quality replacement component designed to restore your vehicle's suspension system to optimal performance. This critical suspension component eliminates the vibration and noise caused by worn, hardened, or deteriorated original insulators.

Key Features:

  • OE-quality construction engineered for precise fitment and long-lasting durability
  • Effectively eliminates suspension noise and vibration transfer to the cabin
  • Restores proper spring positioning and suspension geometry
  • Application-specific design ensures correct spring seat height and insulator compression characteristics
  • Manufactured to KYB's industry-leading quality standards

Spring seats and insulators play a vital role in your suspension system by cushioning the coil spring and preventing metal-to-metal contact between the spring and strut or shock body. Over time, the rubber insulator material hardens and cracks, allowing vibration and noise to transfer directly into the vehicle. Replacing these wear items with genuine KYB components restores ride comfort and prevents premature wear of other suspension parts.

So far so good

I like this site has very low prices and great products

I searched around and Autoplicity had the best deal by over $40. Was it to good to be true? Definitely not. I just had to verify I had the right part number. Easy to pay with Google checkout, and the order shipped very quickly. Received email updates on order receipt, shipping, and delivery. Shipping was cheap too. I would definitely buy from them again.

Shopped around for a VDO gauge all over the internet incluing ebay, amazon and at least a dozen online retailers. Autoplicity was at least 10% cheaper than anybody else and a good 30% cheaper than most. The outstanding reviews made me more confident in ordering fom them for the first time.
