SKF 99374 Speedi-Sleeve Shaft Repair Sleeve 3.743" Shaft Diameter

The SKF 99374 Speedi-Sleeve provides a fast and effective solution for repairing worn or damaged shaft seal surfaces. When a shaft's sealing surface becomes worn or scored, traditional seals can no longer retain lubricant or exclude contaminants effectively. This wear-resistant sleeve eliminates the need for costly shaft disassembly or machining by creating an optimal new counterface for radial shaft seals.

Key Features:

• Thin-wall construction at just 0.011" (0.28mm) thick, manufactured from high-quality stainless steel
• Wear-resistant contact surface with precision finish of Ra 10 to 20 µin (0.25 to 0.5 µm)
• Designed for shafts with diameter range of 3.740" to 3.747" (95.00mm to 95.17mm)
• Width: 0.344" minimum, 0.500" total width (8.7mm to 12.7mm)
• Includes disposable installation tool with every sleeve for proper installation
• Provides adequate tight fit on the shaft within specified tolerances without requiring adhesive

The SKF Speedi-Sleeve is an economical alternative to shaft replacement or grinding, allowing you to restore seal performance quickly and efficiently without extensive machine disassembly. Simply install the sleeve over the damaged shaft area to create a smooth, precision sealing surface for optimal seal operation.
