Gates CX120 Molded Notch V-Belt Classical Cogged Belt

The Gates CX120 Molded Notch Belt is a high-performance classical V-belt designed for demanding power transmission applications. This cogged belt features a molded notch construction that provides superior flexibility and heat dissipation compared to standard wrapped V-belts, making it ideal for heavy-duty industrial and agricultural equipment.

Key Features:

• Molded notch (cogged) design reduces bending stress and heat buildup for longer service life
• Classical CX section profile for compatibility with standard V-belt sheaves
• Oil and heat resistant construction withstands harsh operating environments
• 120-inch effective length for precise fitment
• High-strength tensile cord provides excellent load-carrying capacity
• Flexible construction allows use on smaller diameter pulleys

Gates Molded Notch Belts deliver reliable performance in applications including HVAC systems, compressors, pumps, conveyors, and agricultural machinery. The advanced cogged design runs cooler and more efficiently than conventional V-belts, reducing energy consumption and extending belt life.
