Product Details

The Gates 5V750 Super HC Narrow Section Wrapped V-Belt is a premium single-strand power transmission belt engineered to deliver high-capacity performance in a compact package. Combining the strength of wrapped belt construction with the efficiency of a narrow 5V cross-section, it outperforms traditional classical V-belts in both power density and drive design flexibility.

Key Features:

  • Up to 300% more power capacity compared to classical section V-belts, enabling more compact drive designs
  • Proprietary Flex-Weave cover — a patented double-layer fabric construction that shields the belt core from oil, contaminants, and heat for extended service life
  • Flex-bonded polyester tensile cords are strongly forged into the neoprene belt body for equal load distribution, fatigue resistance, and absorption of bending stress without cord deterioration
  • Machined belt edge for optimal pulley groove contact, promoting smoother operation and reducing slip and wear
  • Meets RMA standards for oil resistance, heat resistance, and static conductivity
  • Operating temperature range: -22°F to +140°F (-30°C to +60°C)

Specifications:
