The Gates K120895HD FleetRunner Heavy-Duty Micro-V Serpentine Belt is purpose-built for commercial fleets, heavy-duty trucks, and demanding powertrain applications. Engineered to reduce downtime and lower cost-per-mile, this belt is the professional's choice for long-haul and severe-duty service.

Key Features:

• Patented EPDM construction with a distinctive green overcord delivers exceptional durability, superior flexibility, and longer service life on heavy-duty drives
• Advanced EPDM rubber technology resists deterioration from ozone, oil, and water-based coolant exposure
• Peak performance at extreme temperatures — patented materials maintain stability and load-carrying capacity under prolonged high-heat operating conditions
• 12-rib Micro-V profile for precise, high-torque power transmission across multiple accessory drives
• Heavy-duty construction resists cracking and wear even under the most severe operating conditions
• Engineered for fleets including Class 6–8 trucks, 3/4-ton and 1-ton pickups, and commercial vehicles

The Gates FleetRunner HD line consistently outperforms standard serpentine belts in heavy-duty applications, delivering the lowest cost per mile for fleet operators. Gates recommends inspecting or replacing the belt tensioner at the time of belt replacement to ensure optimal performance and belt life.
