Product Details

The Gates G46592-0606 is a 90-degree elbow hydraulic AC hose fitting designed specifically for air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This aluminum coupling features a hose connection on one end and a female SAE tube O-ring nut swivel on the other, providing a reliable seal in tight routing configurations.

Key Features:

  • 90-degree bent tube design for efficient routing in confined spaces
  • Female SAE tube O-ring nut swivel connection with 5/8-18 thread
  • Aluminum construction for lightweight durability and corrosion resistance
  • 3/8 inch (6-size) hose and tube connection capacity
  • Cut-off factor: 1-1/2 inches
  • Part of the Gates PolarSeal AC coupling system

This fitting is engineered to work seamlessly with Gates PolarSeal air conditioning hoses, ensuring optimal performance and long-lasting, leak-free connections in automotive, heavy-duty truck, and industrial AC applications. The 90-degree configuration helps prevent kinking and allows for proper bend radius when space is limited.
