Gabriel 61676 ProGuard Rear Shock Absorber

The Gabriel 61676 ProGuard is a rear shock absorber engineered for superior comfort and control in light trucks, vans, and SUVs. Fine-tuned to meet the demands of today's vehicles, the ProGuard delivers reliable damping performance for both everyday commuting and more demanding driving conditions.

A larger-diameter piston provides better-than-OE response and performance, while increased oil capacity improves heat dissipation to help maintain consistent control. A larger reservoir tube further reduces shock fade by allowing faster cooling and helping prevent cavitation — whether you're navigating stop-and-go traffic or rougher terrain on weekends.

Key Features:

• Large-diameter piston delivers improved response and performance over OE shocks
• Increased oil capacity for enhanced heat dissipation and fade resistance
• Super-finished chromed piston rod provides superior corrosion resistance for extended service life
• Leak-proof piston seal ensures long-lasting, reliable performance
• Eyelet upper and lower mounts with black rubber bushings for easy installation
• Extended length: 21.25 inches
• Collapsed length: 13.31 inches
